Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel confident about your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before buying, as it explains exactly when refunds are and are not available.

Digital product — no refunds after download

The TN Land Buyer's Safety & Verification Guide and any related digital add-ons are instantly delivered digital products. Because the content becomes fully accessible to you immediately upon successful payment, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once the download link has been issued or the content has been accessed/downloaded.

Genuine payment issues

If you were charged but did not receive access to the Product due to a technical or payment-processing error on our end, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at aidigitaltamizha@gmail.com with your payment reference/order ID. We will verify the issue and either grant access or issue a full refund for that specific failure.

Duplicate payments

If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same order, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full once verified.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
